California’s 76th Assembly District includes the cities of Escondido, San Diego (including Carmel Mountain Ranch, Carmel Valley, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Peñasquitos, and Torrey Highlands), and San Marcos, as well as the unincorporated San Diego County communities of Black Mountain Ranch, Buena, Del Dios, Elfin Forest, Fairbanks Ranch, Felicita Park, Foothill, 4S Ranch, Gopher Canyon, Harmony Grove, Lake San Marcos, Rancho Santa Fe, Rincon, Rincon del Diablo, Rock Springs, Twin Oaks, Vista Acres, and Whispering Palms.
